Looking for an affordable, fun, and social water polo competition aimed at school leavers, uni students, and young professionals?
Sign-up with friends or bring the whole team along — our Uni Social competition caters to players of all skill levels and is great for making friends while staying fit without breaking the bank!
Here's the nitty-gritty:
- $110 for 16 weeks of games and training — no WPQ registration required!
- $60 for 1/2 season
- Sunday night games (6pm onwards, times still to be finalised)
- Wednesday night training (6:30pm - 8pm) with our awesome coach Kyra Bellinger
- UQ Aquatic Centre
- Teams of minimum 7, maximum 14
- Christmas break from 26/11/23 to 04/02/2024
- Lots of social events!

Competition rules
- The draw may change, so ensure you check your game time in advance
- Caps and balls are provided
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to your game ready to play
- 4 x 6 minute quarters, normal water polo rules
- Entry via carpark side of pool as main gate is closed
- If your team needs to forfeit, you must email uqwaterpolo@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance
- You may play multiple games to sub for other teams
