Introducing Rhys Howden, our first Guest Coach for Barracudas Academy, New to Water Polo Program.

Rhys is an Australian Water Polo player who competed in the 2008, 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics. Rhys was team captain in 2016 at Rio. Rhys was joint top sprinter at the 2012 Olympics, with 19 sprints won. He was also top sprinter at the 2016 Olympics, with 18 sprints won!

Rhys is a lifetime member of Barras, first played for the Aussie Sharks in 2007, wears cap #11, and has 234 international caps.

Rhys will be on the pool deck at Stuartholme with our New to Water Polo Program, Sunday 9th August 9.30-11am.
